got my kirkey seat and 5 point harness in

finished making my bracket for the seat the other night and put the harness in the car now, I have to say when your strapped fast in this seat your not moving. Im loosing about 45 lbs out of my car over teh stock seats that were in my car to, the stock ones were around 45 lbs each these as they are right now are at 22 each

Looks good. I have to finish my mounts up this week. Hoping to get to the track very soon.

One technicality they might get you on in "tech".... with an aftermarket seat, the crotch strap needs to be anchored behind the chest line. You also need to have a brace from the crossbar to the seat, although that's a requirement they generally overlook until you get to the point of needing a certifed cage.

thanks fred ill probably make another mount for the strap maybe ill make the mount for the rear out of tubing and attach it to that.
