But the average Honda Civic has great handling
Handling is called hit the corner and punch it half way through, fishtailing right through it. Thats muscle handling!
By the way, fuel efficiency and performance are separate categories lets stop trying to confuse them.

Only on the highway. A S2000 will do better than a LS1 powered vehicle in mixed driving. You can easily get over 20mpg mixed driving one of those cars.

BTW, I get 18/30 gas milage in my LT1.
