Is the front bumper any different from 85-92? I'm not talking about the lower air damn (ground effects, I know that's different), just the bumper itself and the impact and light bar. Thanks.

Re: Is the front bumper any different from 85-92?

the Z28/IROC/RS one(ones with ground f/x) and the base are different, but that is the only difference

so if the car has ground f/x, you need one for a car with ground f/x

So a bumper from a 87 Camaro wouldn't be different since it had the ground effects?

Is the headlight bar from an 84 Z28 different? I'm having a hard time finding this part anywhere but F-Body Motorsports. I've decided that I want to get the new reproduction bumper from FBM, if I can't find one somewhere else I'll be forking over $230 for the fricken front spoiler, and I'm also going to get a new OEM Z28 grill. I'm going to get used parts for the headlight bar, reinforcement bar/impact absorber, and the piece that holds the hood latch.

Is the header panel the same as the headlight bar? I can't really tell from the picture and it doesn't say.

the headlight bar is what the headlights fasten to, and the front bumper cover screws to in in the center as well

I think it is upside down in that pic, it actually fits inside the top of the front cover

shermans calls it the header panel

Ok, that's what I thought it was but I wasn't sure mainly becuase it's black and looks like it's made of metal and the one on my car is grey and isn't metal. Really the part I'm looking for the most right now is the front spoiler/ground effect since it's so hard to get a hold of and the damn thing costs almost as much as the bumper for a new one!

I didn't read through the entire post, but if you are looking for a 91 style front bumper with GFX mounting tabs I have one. I have no use for it. I will sell it cheap!!!!!

This part is from AutoLign (a very reputable place)
It fits 85-92 IROC and 87-92 Camaro. It is still in black primer.

I have picures too if you want them.

Thanks

Sure, post up a picture and a price. Do you have the lower air dam too or just the bumper?

I dont know how to post pictures on here. Just give me your email address and I will email them to you. I was thinking for a price around $75 plus shipping.

I only have the bumper.

Thanks

Will the absorber bar from a 84 Berlinetta work on my 91? I've already got it, but I now I'm seeing some listings on eBay for 82-84 and 85-92 and I want to be sure.
