Is this frame damage causing the car to pull to the left?

Thes shop tells me that this (see picture) is a bend in the frame and is responsible for my alignment issues. I'm not sure it's actually part of the frame, so I figured I'd post it here and get some opinions. (If it is responsible
for the alignment issue and it can be replaced/upgraded ... I'd like to find out
how much it will cost)

The pull is not severe, in fact I hardly notice it and it doesn't appear to be causing me any funky tire wear. I am a little upset wth the dealer for not telling me it had this issue (which coupled with the tape lines and overspray tell me this car has hit something at some point)

I'm going to take it to a different shop and get a second opinion.

That is not the frame, it is the K-member that secures the engine and lower control arms. Judging by the photo I would say that this is not causing your pull.

If the shop is blaming this I would find another shop.

Pulls are cause by bad alignment, sticking brake calipers, tire inflation.

That's what I was thinking, thank you.

Darn, I was all set to get one of Brett's (BMR) K members *lol*
Now I need a new excuse.
(it has nothing to do with performance, I just want to say I have one)

I agree, I was in for an inspection so I could get it tagged in MO.
They let me put it on the lift to get pictures of the exhaust, which is when we found the "damage". I'll take it to a shop that actually does collision repairs and see what they think.

I would say that is not your problem. Mine is dented 5 times as bad as that, and is causing me no issues. I would take it to an alignment shop and get the alignment checked, along with the tires and brakes.
