There are a lot of push clips and screws and 2 nuts and bolts on each side to remove the front bumper cover. You have to remove the splash guards on each side to get to these fasteners that are close to the turn signal housings. These are probably the ones you missed.
If you are going to delete the fogs then I reccomend pulling the brackets as well because they are just dead weight, you must remove the bumper cover to do this.

Re: fog lights

No need to remove bumper cover to get to the fog lights. I replaced mine with FF50 Hellas and fabbed up new brackets. All was done from the underside. The aim adjuster screw and two plastic push locks per light and two bolts for each bracket and they're out. It's been a while so I can't remember for sure but I might've unbolted the airdam to get to the bracket bolts.

Re: fog lights

Yeah your right there are 3 now that you mention it.
I was assuming the front bumper cover is what he was trying to take off, yes the fog lights will come out without removing the bumper cover and maybe the brackets as well but it takes me about 20 minutes or so to yank the front bumper cover so I didn,t think it would be a big deal.
I have alot of stuff gone off mine though, I don,t run splash guards for example so its much easier to remove mine.
Although there are some things you can clean up and take a look at to make sure they are ok while the bumper cover is off.
