Fog lights

How hard is it to replace a fog light bulb on my 99. I'm just askin cuz it's kinda set back in there ya know.

you can reach it from the top of the engine bay.

pop the hood and reach down in, you have to unplug the connection then rotate it about 90* and it comes right out.

i think you could also remove the small plastic piece from under the fender...2 or 3 10mm bolts and it should afford enough room to get to the bulb.

i really feel stupid, but i thought the whole assembly would need to be replaced

if not that is great, saves mucho bucks. there is a bulb in the fog light

No it's just the bulb.

I found it easiest to change those and the DRL's by lifting that cornor of the car and going through the secret hatch.

I thought the same thing too, but luckily I did a search first.

Fog Light replacement bulb = #885.
That's for a 1997 Camaro z-28
