Hey i have to change my tranny fluid tommorrow, and i dont have an owners manual. Does anyone know what kind i would need??? I have a 98 z28 6m. Thanks for your help. Also does anyone know what kinda of oil i should use?? I live in new england so cold weather is an issue, but its going to be stored for the winter. Thanks agian!


p.s. are there any other fluids i should change before putting it away for the winter???

 

It will be Dexron III. As for other things to do, top off the gas tank with anti- freeze treatment so that water won't be present. Try to jack the car up as well cause the cold weather and your tire will go flat in no time.

Sorry, no. Those come from GMs site and they only go back to 1993 for the Camaro manuals. Try looking on Ebay or online vendors that sell used manuals.
