Flowtech exhaust cutout

--JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS PICS OR ANY FEEDBACK OF THE FLOWTECH CUTOUTS INSTALLED ON THEIR CAR?

--ALSO I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS THEM INSTALLED BEFORE THEIR CATS AND CAN PASS INSPECTION BY CLOSING IT OFF.

you cna't put it before the cats on a stock Ypipe because one cat is bolted directly to the manifold.

You were saying I couldn't put the cutouts before the stock cats. I was looking to put them before aftermarket ones.. has anyone done that?

I have the cutout where everyone does right before the rear axle...but I loved my experience with it. It was the best mod I ever bought. Now I have headers-no cats-cutout open and it's really loud but I love the way it screams at WOT.

It goes right before rear axle. It sounds amazing, it kind of has a lope to it so its pretty intimidating. It turns heads wherever I go even when I am not punching it. The only problems I have had is maybe a few little rattles every once in a while. I do not think they are anything serious except for the cutout causing it. I recommend buying a cutout.

I think if you got small enough cats you could put the cutouts before them, but you may have clearance issues. I wanted to put mine on before the cats, but there wasn't enough room for that.

well i will tell you that i just got my flowtech cut-out. and i am kinda upset that this wasnt the first thing i did to my z28! i love the sound. it is so damn intimidating! just a lil while ago me and my gf were coming back from grocery shopping and these 2 like 13-14 yr old boy and girl were in the back seat of there parents caddy just staring away at my car. then light hit green and i floor it! they pull up next to me at next light pointing to me and trying to get me to roll my windows down. it was great. damn i love this thing laterz
