LS1s manifolds attach differently. If you had an LS1 engine in a 93-97 car I'm sure the ypipe would work, don't know forsure though.

way to give us all the information to answer the question 
i know that on alot of the LT headers that i see on LS1 cars, the driver side collector angles outward. while the LT1 is straighter.
i know my Flowtechs are that way.
i suppose you could cut the "angled" section of the ypipe off to compensate for it, but i'm not sure exactly how well it would work. the distance between the collectors...side to side...could be different.
here is a birds-eye view of my flowtech Ypipe:
