The loudmouth setup is gonna be just that, freakin real loud. Magnaflow is gonna be a n ice sound but toned down a bit more. I dont know what kind performance difference though.

Performance gains should be similar. Alot of it will depend on what sound you are after as mentioned above. The Magnaflow is pretty tame, but it does have the advantage of being an all stainless steel catback.

Which is better, boxers or briefs?

They're both stainless and the gains will be the same so its all a matter of opinion. I personally don't care for the raspy LM sound but some do.

the guy who owned my old magnaflow before me installed a cutout on it. had it on the dyno and only picked up 4rwhp with the c/o open....so the magnaflow has good performance.

with no cats it will still be a bit raspy...but MUCH better than the LM
