electrical or just old age?

Recently my cars windows have been going up and down real slow, and with the car off the windows don't have enough power to shut all the way without some help from my hand. Another thing is that my starter has been turning a little slow and takes a couple more kicks then normal before it starts. once it starts it runs perfect, the windows still go up pretty slow but eventually get themselves to close without my help. I've just replaced an old battery and tested the alternator and everything is fine, cranking around 13-14 volts when running. So im just wondering if maybe with the old age if the starter and window motors are just starting to give out or does it have to do with something from when its getting its power from?

Not sure why this is in LTx engine tech, but if you lube the window mechanism and motor you'll probably see a lot of improvement.

Me either..... moving to "General F-Body Tech & Info", where this topic seems to get covered several times a day.
