electric fans...

i have a griffin universal rad that i put in the vertical position im my car, i forget the PN but its the rad most use for that mod. the core area i have to work with is 22 1/4 wide and 14 tall. im looking for a fan that would be able to cool my car, motor is mostly stock right now, with all bolt ons. the core on the rad is about 3 inchs thick, so that will help with cooling. im looking at one 14 inch permacool fan, it pulls more air than any two 11 inch fans i can find when i was lookin to use dual fans. it says it pulls 2950 cfm, and i checked permacools site and it says 2950 also. would this one fan be enough to cool my car on hot days (100+*F days) in traffic? i know there would be no shroud, but would it still do the job? if not i would fab up an aluminum shroud for it. this is the link for summit

please help, thanks guys!
