Not hard at all, all you will need is some ramps or jack stands to get the rear of the car up and the right size wrench to loosen the stock bolts and tighten the new clamps up and an extra pair of hands is nice to have also

catbacks are not that difficult to do. you need a hacksaw or some other kinda cutter to cut the existing intermediate pipe just as it turns to go over the axle. and a couple of wrenches/sockets to undo/do the bolts.

Good call mrr23 I forgot about having to cut the pipe The LM is pretty easy because it weighs like next to nothing compared to the stock system. No welding is needed, the system will come with all the clamps needed. And it won't hurt to spray a little pentrating oil of WD-40 in the stock bolts a couple of times before the install to make it eaisy to break the bolts loose.

CableWS6:

I did mine this past weekend. Just make sure you have everything you need before you get started...be prepared unlike me. A saws-all works great for cutting the pipe. I had a little trouble with the band clamp that connects the I-pipe to the Y-pipe...ended up using a dremel to hack that off. Be generous with the WD40 and your good to go.

You will like LM if you don't have headers or plan on getting them. If you are going to add them, don't get LM, get a Hooker instead.
