Dynatech Powercat?
I've noticed that in the latest and greatest 
summit catalog, they've just started carrying some "dynatech powercats". Does anyone know about these? I'm looking for a good high-flow replacement for my stocker, but I need to be able to pass some strict CO emissions with whatever I go with. If you don't like the dynatechs what would you suggest?
