the 94 is getting painted tomorrow and i just replaced both doors due to them cracking where the sms meets the fiberglass. once i got the doors installed i noticed that the bolt above the latch ( the one that slides into the top hole on the door) scrubs going in just a bit i have to lift the door up about 1/2" to make it not scrub. i would like to fix this before its painted becuse why ruin a 3k$ paint job. any sujjestions on what it may be. could it be the pins and the bushings inside the hinges?

 

If GM used the same hinges/and,or pins on the 4th gen. as they did on the 3rd gen. it's diffenate "YES". Most likely the bottom one. Do a search both here and TGO and you'll find the part number also.
