Door lock issue and RAP issue.

The door locks only work when the key is switched to the on position. None of my accessories stay on for 10 minutes after it is shut off. Are these two related? Any ideas?

Need to know your car year/model-

In general though, yes. It's the on board power system that might be flakey (will also affect your power windows if you have them).
