I was just wondering as i see some people selling graphite panels from there car and i see some people selling charcoal grey does anyone know are these the same? Are they close in color? My car has Graphite interior and i just bought some door panels off ebay that were listed as Charcoal Grey which i thought was the same. Are they the same? are they close enough to work? Thanks

i was looking for some sun shades for my 95, and i have the graphite interior as well
for the early years (like 93-96 or 93-97) i think there were only 2 colors
graphite and medium gray
so i think that it is the same

I'll have the Door panels late Monday so i'll try to remember to post then about it. I've seen some cars with a very light grey and some with a very dark, which i assumed was Graphite. I wonder how many colors of grey GM could make? I can't believe how many diff interior colors they make. It seems you could get any piece of interior one color with a diff color accent on it. My buddy just got some Graphite door panels out of a TA and the pocket/speaker cover on them are Graphite. The onesdoor panels i just bought I think are Dark grey/Graphite and they pocket/speaker cover on them are Black. I can't believe GM would make that many diff door panels. Here are the ones i got. Do you guys think they look like Graphite?

I just thought i would post Charcoal grey is not the same as Graphite. Charcoal grey is much lighter. I got the new door panels and they were too light for my car. It just so happens my buddy installed Graphite panels in his car but they were a little too dark compared to the rest of his interior so we traded. He put in the Charcoal grey and it was a perfect match. My Z came with Graphite interior so now i have Graphite TA panels now.

 

Does the graphite happen to be almost like a black?

on the back side of the panels it's stamped saying the color.
