LCA relocation brackets reduce wheel hop induced by lowering the car; has nothing to do with 17 X 11 rims. The adjustable PHB will probably be needed as lowering the car will shift the body relative to the rear axle as the fixed length PHB pivots from a fixed point. The adjustable feature allows you to center the body so the wheels are spaced evenly on both sides. You're also going to need a 3 lb sledge hammer to make clearance for the tires inside (trunk area).

Are you set on getting 17x11s? All you will do is add weight. I've had 17x11s with 315 DRs and 17x9s with 275 DRs and there was no difference in 60 foot times...Now I run factory 5 stars (16x8s) and 255 M/T DRs and out hook both of the previous combos...and I'm lighter weight still...Either way, you need to eliminate wheel hop which is probably being caused by your lowing springs which throw off the rear suspension geometry by making the front of the lower control arm lower than the rear. The relocation brackets will drop the rear of the arm to a point lower than the front and help to plant the tires harder...Wheel hop will break parts...
