Differances in 3.8l blocks

im just wondering if all of the late 90's 3.8l blocks are the same
i know the rotating assemblies are the same
but i want to know if all the mounting points for the engine and trans are the same
and if anyone knows a place to get some good pics and block diagrams and such that would be helpfull as well
my buddy totaled his 98 GTP and i have an extra fourth gen camaro shell just "laying around"
so we were thinkin about transplanting it in there
i just wanna see if a regualr 3.8 k member will have all the correct mounts for it
and also the right bolt pattern for a trans off a 3.8 camaro as well
