I know this is an old thread but having discovered it looking an answer to the same problem, I thought I would comment on how I solved the problem. My drivers seat was back all the way and did not function anymore so getting to the track mount nuts was nearly impossible. So the next best thing is to remove the seat from the power seat track system...which can be done by finding the four 13mm bolts that go into the bottom of the seat through each slider. They are upside down and at each of the four corners of the seat. You can use a box end or open end wrench or maybe a slim ratchet. I had all four bolts out and the seat unmounted from the track in about 5 minutes. You then have plenty of room to get at the track mount nuts that hold it to the floor.

Just finished this. It was hell! I think anyone who does this is gonna have to approach it a different way depeding upon how the seat is positioned. I was able to get to the bolts that hold the track to the floor and loosen them after alot of hell and cutting some of the plastic out of the way.

just pull the plugs?

I'm in the process of changing out teke184's driver's seat motor. I can unbolt without problems, but how do I take apart the plugs? Just pull hard? I don't see any tabs or anything to unscrew. Please forgive because I'm as new as they come at wrenching on a car. I just don't want to start yanking & break things.
