Lightbulb daytime running light

hey guys can anybody give any info on how to disconnect my daytime running light i have a 97Z28 PLEASE THANKS!!!!!!!!

I was looking at my fuses the other day and I noticed that I was missing two fuses... "DR HDLMP R" & "DR HDLMP L" or something like that. So I guess someone got tired of them before I bouhgt the car.

I don't understand it why does everyone hate their daytime running lights. I plan on putting some on my 94 camaro. But what is it with them is there a bug in the electrical system do they run the battery down or something?
