Dash Vents No Worky

My dash vents haven't been working so tonight I went out and tried messing with a couple of tiny tiny hoses that I don't even know are for the dash vents could somebody help me out???? They do look like vaccume lines...one goes into the fire wall...one goes into an adapter on the intake...and a third I have no idea where it ends up it goes into the plastic coated tubes that have big strands in them. Beings as it was bellow freezing outside the elbow on the line that goes to the manifold broke
And one of the other ones already had a broken end(not an elbow)

It fixed the same problem on my car. A few bucks and a few minutes and you're good as new!
