I have a 2000 Z28 A4. The problem started when i was replacing the light behind the PRND123 tab on the console. The autopart store gave me the wrong peice and voila, all the interior lights except those on the wheel go dead (and overheads). The overhead lights still work, but there is no backlighting for the gauges, shifter, and AC controls ( plus the ASR and foglight controls are dark now). The fuse is fine, and i replaced one of the bulbs only to have it not turn on, so i think the bulbs are fine too! If anyone could please help me out, Ive been told its relays but where and what are they! Thanks a bunch!
