They would need to be converted to reverse flow cooling, to match the LT1 block. That involves welding up some of the coolant passages, and drilling holes for others. You would need a manifold other than an LT1/LT4, unless you had yours converted for the revised bolt pattern, and to add the nipples for the Gen 1 coolant lines for the heads.
Then, with 64cc combustion chambers, they would only be good for a blower motor, since the compression ratio would be so low.
