My buddy has an LT1 Firehawk, and his exhaust seems to sound throatier than the LS1's. That deep rumble type. Apparently mine doesn't sound too bad from the outside. I'd like to hear it myself, tho.

I have dual 3" cut-outs bolted directly to my header collector flanges. From there the exhaust heads out the true dual exhaust. I have no knock retard problems but have had a lt4 knock module though.
