Cutout position?
Re: Cutout position?
I have stock headers and cats, just get it installed under the rear seat - doesn't need to be before the cats for a few HP increase, and would take a lot of modification to put two cutouts in before the cats since you're stock. Doesn't cost much putting one under the rear seat.
Re: Cutout position?
Not really, but the keyword "around" 10rwhp meaning that you can be a little less or a little more then that figure. Obviously, it is going to vary between different cars and applications.

Re: Cutout position?
I would like to put one just before the pipe enters the muffler over the rear axle.
Unfortunetly I'm apprehensive about that seeing as how it's soooo close to the plastic fuel tank.

Re: Cutout position?
seems like gains before/after are similar from numbers I've seen - if you plan on having it open ALL the time, go after - you'll still see gains, and if you're like me, it's more for the sound anyway
