Cutout cap? Where to buy?

I lost the cap for my cutout. It's the stock exhaust size. Anyone know where I can buy just the cap? Need it for a smog test.

Make one. It should be pretty simple. Take a piece of metal, mark where the holes should be, drill the holes, and cut it to similar shape of the previous cap. Use high temp silicon to make a gasket if needed, or use a three bolt flange gasket. Might save you a little money. Just what I would do.

You've just inspired me to make my whole cutout rather than spend 30 bucks on one...

Well, I don't have any of those tools. The amount of time I'd have to spend just hunting down the tools and materials simply isn't worth it.

I think I'm going to have to just buy a new cutout to get the cap. I don't remember the size I have on. It's attached to a stock exhaust piping. Is that 2.75"?
