Has anyone had any contact with customssi lately...i tried to PM them but their account is full...please let me know.

 

i tryed to pm them too about a order, but it was full... so i just emailed them

 

I tried that but i never got any reply email..maybe it was a problem with my server or something...I'll have to try again i guess.

 

i emailed them over a week ago and didnt get a responce and they havint responded to my PMs either. Its starting to **** me off.

 

I've been having some troubles from them as well, I emailed them several times to the admin as well as sales and never got a reply. The order I placed never got delivered, so I called them and all I got was an answering machine stating that they would be closed the week prior. I have no idea what is going on with them.

 

If they were closed for a while maybe their still playing catch-up. Good luck though.

 

I tried ordering some stuff from them a while ago but then they stopped responding. Said they had a lot of snow and were really busy. That was about a month ago though.

 

Who knows what the story is, but I had a good transaction with them awhile back. Incidents happen which can sometimes impede business. Hopefully they can post up and let us know.

 

I've done a bit of business in the past with them and they were always great to deal with, they were always fast to reply and the service was outstanding...i can't figure out whats going on.....
