creative cold air duct?

i am taking out the fog lamp assembly and am going to try and run a couple ducts to get more air up in the compartment. 1 going in front of the radiator and the other going and stopping right in front or near the cai. and then putting some niffy screens infront to make it look cool. what do you think? is it worth the effort?

yeah the radiator gets alot of air from the scoop on the bottom. If you want ur CAI to get more air, people put a vent on the bottom where the trap door is under where you put in the CAI filter. but I don't think its worth it, for a stockish car like urs.

I like the idea and the creative thinking behind it!
A few years ago, when I used to drag race my Callaway SuperNatural Corvette, some of the Mercury Mauraders that I ran against had a similiar set up where they ran an extra air intake thru one of their headlight cavities. Fortunately (or unfortuately for them) it did not help when they ran against me!

IIRC, there is a huge metal obstruction right behind the opening, so unless you want to start carving up the car to make some real room, it just isn't worth it.
