Best way to clean up fire extinguisher residue
Can anyone suggest something that removes fire extinguisher residue easily from cast iron and aluminum?
I have pressure washed the engine using a product called Red Thunder. I have also tried simple green and a scrub brush. I would say that 70% or better is cleaned up but I want to do a better job. The engine and trans are out of the car ('93 T/A w/LT1 & M6). There is no residue inside the engine, it is just the exterior that I am concerned about.
