Everytime i turn a corner slow i can hear a creaking noise and the back vibrates and sometimes i can hear a low clunk clunk clunk. What do u guys think it causing this? how do i check my rear differential fluid? thanks.

As proper maintenance you should buy a new rear end gasket. Just pull off the rear end gasket, let your fluid drain and look for an abnormal amount of metal shavings on the magnet on the back of the cover.

Seal it back up and fill with 2 quarts of your choice of rear end fluid and 1 bottle of GM LSD additive. Noise should be gone after that unless it is more suspension oriented. How many miles are on the car? Have you ever replaced any of the bushings?

Alright well i finally got a chance to take a crack at this. So my fluid was very very dark. there are no metal shavings. Do i have to go 2 a dealer ship to buy the GM Rear diff. additive? And what weight of gear oil should i use?? And what should i do about about the dirty oil still on the differential? Name: photo.jpg
