Mine did the same thing...it had a little crack in it...I went into the Houston Auto Show and when I came out it was cracked all the way down. It looks terrible, but I am coping with it. You can try "fparts" on ebay, sometimes he has them...the go for around ~$100 or you can check and/or post in the for sale and wanted in the board. I think it happens often with our cars because of how thin and large or an area that dash is. You could also bondo it and then powdercoat it Good luck

I tore my dash pad up while installing gauge overlays.

I just ordered a brand new one from Jason Cromer for $91.00 (shipping was a little more).

Holy Crap man, did you see the year of the last post - 7 years ago it was $85. You'll be lucky to find one now for 250-300 as they have been discontinued from GM.

Used on Ebay and that's about it. I ordered a new one from GMpartsdirect.com about 9 months ago for my T/A and it was over $250 shipped.

BTW - almost all used ones will be cracked as that is a pretty common problem and they come from wrecked cars where they get damaged.

Can't find the part #, but I found it under the following section in the catalog for your year car:

Collision Catalog - 1994 - Chevrolet/Geo - Camaro
Instrument panel, Instrument panel, Crash pad, Crash pad - 1993-96 - 1993-96

Go to your car and then look under the "Instrument Panel" section and then "Crash Pad" and it is item 3 in the illustration.

Looks like it's $186 new and then prob about $50 shipped from GMPD.

I guess this is in the wrong forum because the "LT1 Based Engine Tech" forum didn't exist in 2003.......
