Cost for Installing Aftermarket Headers

It's getting cold out and I don't own a welder or reciprocating saw to cut and attach my new Y pipe to my 94 Z28. The rest is easy I just don't want to go through the hassle. They'd bee bolting on headers, cutting off the old Y pipe, then welding on the new Y pipe, any ideas around how much it'd cost?

Most pros won’t touch it, as it’s illegal to relocate or remove a factory catalytic converter.

No, they need to cut off the current y pipe and attach the new one to the cat. They would not be removing or even relocating the cat.
