I am trying to replace the "header trim" on a 1995 convertible but can not locate the part on any of the usual supplier pages. This item is a plastic part covered in headliner material that fastens to the interior front of the top. There are two designs (i think the second design has an embossed bowtie emblem, the first is plain?) Does anybody have a part number for either of these so I can increase my chances of finding one on the internet?

 

I haven't found a part number yet because gmpartsdirect shows neither available in their catalog. However, newgmparts.com shows you can order the 2nd design header trim for around $104.

PS: I took it off when I got home and found this stamped on it: C-27X0-7796-GXXX. Hmmm.
