So today I took a trip about 80 miles away. While I was there I did a burnout and may have let my clutch slip a little too much ( I could smell it ). The smell lingered for a couple of hours. On the way back I smelled it again at stop lights. Mind you the majority of the trip was at 95mph on the highway. Now I am smelling it when ever I stop or am idling. The car has only 12K miles on it. I drive hard, but not crazy and this was probably my third burnout in the car. Could I have a bad clutch now??? If so would there be a way to social engineer this under warranty?
