I just bought a 2001 camaro yesterday and I had a question about this:



Is this stock? It has a SPS CDC-820 in the trunk and it works but I can't get it to play through the stereo. I power on the stereo and hit tape/aux but nothing happens.

 

Does the cd play through the FM?

 

Nope, not that I can tell at least.

 

I took the radio out and don't see how auxiliary is hooked up. How does the cd changer hook up to the radio? From what I read in the owners manual and the few threads I found it SHOULD be accessed from the AUX button on the radio.

 

I think that's FM modulated.

 

As in designated to a certain FM frequency? I suppose I'll take it out and have a look.
