well after 2 power steering preasure hoses we finally got 1 in. after we got it in it was running fine but no power steering the pulley was slowing down on the pump when the wheels were turning. we thought the line was pinched so we tried squeezing it with channel locks grounded out the battery in the process sparks everywhere. go to turn the key all the dash lights go on for a second then turn off car is completely dead nothing works. we pull the pcm fuse and disc battery and reconnect it it starts right up but now even LESS power steering so I try to get it in the driveway right when i pull in it starts hissing and smoking so I turn it off look under the hood no idea where the hissing or smoking came from not leaking. start it up again to see if we can find it. power steering now works PERFECT and its making no noise at all but running fine. WTF!? any ideas.
