car is having trouble starting???

car is having trouble starting???

when i first try to start my car every day, it takes a while to start, but then after the car is warm etc, and i try later, itll start right up, ive had alot of starter, etc problems and it used to not do it, but for the last few weeks its been doing it, any ideas? thanks in advance

i'm assuming you've checked the battery, battery cables and alternator correct? as well as the starter and it's wires.

does it crank slow or just not fire?

well heres the deal, my car has had numerous starter problems(the starter was gonig out often), i thoughti might have been bc of a crap battery connection so i redid all that, and my starter doesnt get any power , so i had to run a wire from the starter all they way up to the battery bust, and thats how i start my car, (its ge
hetto i know, but i cant find the prob) lol so ya thats anothe rprob that i have, but the car just doesnt want to fire, i hope u were able to understand all this, it was pretty mixed up
