Can you drive your car up rhino ramps?
For those with stock height car, more specifically the SS/WS6 owners, can you drive your car up the rhino ramps without any problems? I want to use them to make it easier to polish the wheels.

Re: Can you drive your car up rhino ramps?
I have a 3 part steel ramps and my car does fine backing up the rear. But if i drive up the front wheels the ramps shoot out from the the front of my car. Get a nice jack, You won't regret it and craftsman has a lifetime warranty you cant beat.

Re: Can you drive your car up rhino ramps?
My stock height car has trouble driving up some unknown brand ramps. I usually drive onto 2x4s first so as not to scrape. But I also do other stupid things that i wouldnt recommend.

Re: Can you drive your car up rhino ramps?
I have a nice aluminum floor jack. But I would have to reposition my car to polish each side due to the small width of my driveway. Then again, I'd probably have to do the same with the ramps.

I can drive the car up Rhino ramps but they move out of the way if you drive at them not perfectly. It is a pain, especially w/ a 6speed. I agree on the floorjack idea.

i had a big problem with them! i had the Yf3 appearence package, and the front pieces were way too low with my 1.5" drop. there for about 2 weeks after i bought the car, i couldnt get underneath it! but then a good ice storm came through and i skidded into the curb and up and over, but my front valence pieced stayed at the curb =( but NOW i can drive up the ramps!!

Re: Can you drive your car up rhino ramps?
I have no problems getting the car up on rhino ramps, however, as noted above, getting the tires centered perfectly on the ramp is important because I noticed the ramp will start to move out and that can obviously create an unsafe condition. Also, you want to be careful once you drive the car down as to not scrap the air valence.

Re: Can you drive your car up rhino ramps?
My ramps have the little rubber pads on the bottom and I don't have any problems with them slipping. Also, I have my TA lowered about 1.25+ inches up front and can get up the ramps (although I think that any lower and I may have an issue).
