In my 94Z, the ground wire for the lock switch (pass. side) broke at the connector causing both locks not to work. Check the wires at both connectors.

I know when wiring alarms on Fbody's or any car that has a 5-wire swtich the PASSENGER SIDE is the Master Switch for some odd reason....

My locks do not work either. They have not worked since I have had the car (6 months). I have an aftermarket alarm on the car with keyless entry, remote start and car alarm. I just assumed the alarm was not hooked up correctly. I will check my passenger side lock wires today. It sucks having to manually unlock the passengers side. How stupid it would look if I used my remote start to start the car but had unlock my doors manually with the key.
