I just got my A/C line replaced and the system was refilled. Is there a way to get the compressor to turn on to get the circulation going? In the manual I have it says that the compressor will not turn on if the pressure is not high enough.

if the system was refiled that it should be coming on. they can not charge the system correctly without it coming on.
