A/C + Cruise control problems HELP!

I seriously need help with my A/C and cruise. Neither of them work. I've been working on the A/C issue and this is what I have figured out so far:

- Low side pressure switch is working.
- No power to A/C compressor
- A/C / Cruise control fuse has power at the fuse box
- A/C Compressor relay is not energizing.
- Using jumper wires to ground terminals for relay in fuse box causes A/C compressor to turn on.
- Turning on switch for A/C has no effect other than turning the blower motor on, usually when set to max cool, the blower motor runs at a higher RPM. Switching from max to A/C doesn't have any effect.

Where do I look next? Is this a switch malfunction or something else? Also, the BCM has no codes.

They share the same fuse. The wire going down to the compressor on mine was burned underneath the altenator and gave me hell one summer.

Prob doesn't help you much, but thats all of my insight.

I knew that they shared the same fuse... I checked the wiring and it's fine - if I bypass the relay the compressor comes on, so it's not a wiring issue.

Unless you live somewhere hot and like the A/C, get rid of it all together. It steals HP from you engine when you run it. Not to mention, you could use that space for better things, like performance goodies. Just my opion.
