A/C compressor... clutch or no clutch?

Going to buy a re-manufactured A/C compressor and according to www.partsamerica.com there is an option to buy one w/ or w/out a clutch?
Am I wrong to think the 4th gen f-body compressors have a clutch?

just about every compressor has a clutch, otherwise they would be pumping any time the engine is running. Technically you can swap the clutch over from your existing unit if it's still good, but you need a special puller to get it off and being a wear item you might as well replace the whole thing while you're there.

your best bet is to buy the comp.with the clutch cause the other one is old and will eventually go bad as well,i have been told that you replace both at the same time so thats what i have done!
