It has good presure. It is really weird, it always "works", just ussually it is very marginally cooler. If I start the car up for the first time in the morning with the a/c on it will blow cold. If the car is already hot, or has been out in the heat, the A/c cant get it cool again. Any ideas?

Tried gettin your system flushed? Mine was low on freon and wounln't get cold, but it made a clicking sound really bad when i turned it on so I knew something was wrong.

no, mine doesnt hot cycle (meaning flipping on and off as the pressure rises and falls). It just doesnt work well, I am trying to find out what peice of the puzzle is messed up. I am thinking the expansion valve right now as I replaced the drier when I had the system apart, but cheaped out thinking the expansion block was fine (mostly because i was broke and the expansion valve is expensive). Man how I dont want to have to recharge the system
