I bought a used styeering column awhile back and my brights are stuck on, when i pull back on the lever nothing happens and it doesnt click. any idea on how i can get my brights to turn off or where i can find a new lever?

 

You probably need to adjust the switch. It's mounting is adjustable for that purpose. It is located on the lower part of the steering column with the ignition switch. They both mount with the same screws. If the ignition switch is working ok, make sure you don't bother it's position. Check that the rod is even moving before bothering to try to adjust the switch.
If you do adjust it, test it out before putting the column back up into position.
