Are there any documents out there for this wiring the bright lights to be able to run them at the same time with the fog lights, ive seen them a few years ago and didnt think to do anything to with it. I also searched for a while today with no luck.

That info is out there,where I couldn't say, but I remember seeing it a couple-a-three years ago. I may have it stashed somewhere, I'll look in my files if it's not posted sooner.

It is illeagal in some states also.

 

I know the mod that you are talking about, I did it to a 95 Z28 4 years ago.

It involves running a ground wire under the hood to a wire that goes to the fog lamp relay in the fuse and relay box under the hood on the drivers side.

I dont remember where I found the instructions to do it but you might want to brouse Brent Frankers site to see it it there.
