Unhappy Borla annoying noise

I have a 2000 ss Camaro and i installed a Borla exhaust about a year ago.I dont have any of the plates it came with in. It sounds great sitting inside when the car is idle and im driving down the street, but when its in neutral and revv it up as i step off the gas it makes a sound like lots of thin tin metal flapping around, you cant hear it inside only standing outside, im not sure if this is normal, or if its something that needs to be fixed, can someone help me out?

Re: Borla annoying noise

sounds more like a pipe hitting a crossmember under the car or a heatshield probably not the exhaust itself but i could be wrong

Re: Borla annoying noise

The sound is coming directly inside the tailpipe on the right side.

Re: Borla annoying noise

I have a slight vibration/rattling in the rear where the I- pipe curves over the rear end.

It could also be a loose Cat element. I had that prob w/ high reving. After a while I noticed a tinney sound upon revving in neutral. After I installed my headers I don't really notice the noises anymore. The R.T. Cats eliminated half the problem.......
