Does anyone know where I can get a black taillight panel like on the ZL1 cars?

 

Why would you want to buy one, when you can just get your's painted?

If you want to buy one, then I'd try to find a black '93-'02 Camaro at a junkyard.
Or you could buy one new (OEM or not) but it'll probably just be primered and you'll have to get it painted anyway.

Nope, no difference. Paint it with Dupli-Color Bumper Black. That's how I did mine, looks perfect.

 

So I should do it myself with just some stuff you would get at autozone? or should I have a body shop do it?

 

You can do it yourself, I did. I just took one I got off of ebay, sanded it a little to help the paint adhere, and sprayed it, didn't even prime it.
