Bad Sounding Audio in My Z28

Hey, i got 2 12'' subs in my trunk, but it rattles like hell, is there anything i could do besides buying dynamat such as tightening my trunk/brake lights/ spoiler. etc. none of which is stock. thanks

make sure your sparetire and jack are very tighti found that mine was loose

yeah i have the same problem in my SS. i just bought a towel the color of my car and put it in front of the latch and all around the inner rim of my trunk. now i just have to slam the trunk down a little bit harder than normal and then push any part of the towel that might be showing in the cracks down. I turn up the music and it doesnt rattle anymore since the trunk rattle is absorbed by the towel. hope this helps. if you dont understand i can take some pics.

I had that problem and i bought expanding foam, for windows and whatnot, spray that in around the spare tire area and around the trunk latch making sure not to get it on the latch .. it expands .. dries and it works well for me in my camaro... it costs about 5 bucks a can.. its definatley cheaper than dynamat.
