ATTN: QTEC owners, please help

My Qtec's switch arrived with several of the wires out of the spade connectors and I cannot seem to get it wired correctly. If anyone could send me a wiring diagram or a picture of the wiring on the switch I would be much appreciative... It is starting to look lame manually switching the polarity of the wires going to the cutout. Thanks!

Contact QTP by email or phone - their customer service is pretty good.
